AIBU to be fed up of this?!

I have been buying a posh cat food brand for the moggies and they are obsessed with it. They are greedy cats anyway and whenever I walk into the kitchen they thunder in and stand by their bowls miaowing Hmm

AIBU to put them back on Whiskers?

YWBU to put them on Whiskas if it was the only food they have, it's rather low quality. But if it's in addition to a decent brand of complete dry I wouldn't see any problem - mine get their posh Royal Canin dry, but will only eat Felix AGAIL as wet.

Why would you want to stop them having a better quality food that they enjoy? Confused

TroysMammy · 19/11/2017 19:24

I reckon the OP has written this with tongue firmly in cheek.

Coz they are eating me into the workhouse, seriously! No, I will carry on giving it to them, it was partly a jokey OP, but the miaowing for food does stress me out at times!

How many times a day do they have their posh food?

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 19/11/2017 19:34

I know the feeling of being eaten out of house and home! Have they done the classic ‘I’ve gone off it now you’ve stocked up!’?

I can’t go into my kitchen without getting yowling for treats. It does get a little wearing!

Madbengalmum · 19/11/2017 19:38

Cats are buggers for just going off things, just when you've bought loads of it,little shits!

caramelmelted · 19/11/2017 19:39

I've done a bulk order from Morrisons so I bet that will be next pink! Bastard cats! Love them though Grin

I have over 200 pouches of tuna in the shed. He loved it and, when I saw it was being discontinued, I did what every responsible cat owner would do and stocked up. He’d now rather chew off his own tail than eat it!

Oh and sorry for taking the first post seriously, I’ve had a bit of a sense of humour fail today!

caramelmelted · 19/11/2017 19:46

The cats say you were absolutely right to take it seriously because their tummies are no laughing matter! Grin
