Am I mad to foster two mums with litters?

I have been fostering for a year, just adult cats. I let the cats have the run of the house, I don’t have cats of my own. We have two female cats coming in, one with three 3 week old kittens, the other pregnant. Am I insane to consider this? I’m at work all day most days. A complication is that I am a 30 minute drive from the vet we use. I need to decide soon, the thought of kittens in the Christmas tree is so tempting...

Oh dear, probably for the best he's going soon!

Pill 1 - hidden in cheese, eaten with great gusto, now runs away from cheese as though it is possessed by the devil.
Pill 2 - hidden in a soupy Webbox treat, lapped up its enthusiasm, followed me round in the hope of getting more, now looks at me as though I am offering him poison.
Pill 3 mashed in small amount of soupy treat and smeared on his paw, reluctantly licked off. I’m willing to bet if I try that again he will just walk around with a dirty paw and a tragic expression.
Thankfully his bite looks clean and uninfected so his new mum can pick him up tomorrow.

Pill 4 - repeat of crushing and smearing on paw. Very offended look (he has some oriental ancestry somewhere, so does offended very well, glaring down his very long nose).
Pill 5- painstakingly broke open Dreamies and shoved half a pill in the soft centre, fiddly but he ate them up.

I had bought some primula cheese spread in a moment of inspiration but he stops being my problem in around an hour so we will never know if it would have worked.

Final update, all three have gone to new homes. The one who went first was the dominant one, once he went the other two had a great time playing together without him putting them in their places all the time.
