My DF refers to my PFP's as rats. Should I go NC?

My otherwise lovely dad has referred to my beautiful Fatty and Snorg as rats on more than one occasion. Would I be unreasonable to go NC with him?

Pics for their admirers. Especially @PinkSparklyPussyCat

@SentimentalLentil, your little rat is a real cutie pie ! 🐀

Soo floofy! I just want to bury my fingers in the neck floof & scritch them. And those great big feet - I have a thing about cat's feet, can stroke them for ages when mine are in the mood.

Toddlerteaplease · 18/10/2017 16:20

Fatty will occasionally tolerate a foot massage. They do have huge feet. My parents cat has really long thin feet that look really strange, compared to these two’s.

Thanks for the pictures Toddler, they are so lovely!

I don't blame Magic for not wanting anything to do with your friend. She's not fat! Someone has called Harry fat and I corrected them, he is fluffy, not fat!

Toddlerteaplease · 18/10/2017 17:44

Hmm I did think it was all fluff until she had a laparotomy a d the vet said she was obese. I thought 4.5 kg was average for a cat, and no vet had ever mentioned her weight before.

Oh God, Harry's over 5kg...

Toddlerteaplease · 18/10/2017 18:02

Harry is a normal sized feline. These two are quite small height wise.

They're beautiful!
My boy is, ahem.... somewhat heavier than Harry. He's big boned. And fluffy!

So beautiful. I miss my Persians.
