Like this one, what would you call her? (she's coming home to us soon)

Me and Dh LOVE Dave! The kids think we are mad, they don't get the joke. I'm adding these to my list. I suggested Scout already and it was vetoed by the other 3.

I like Figaro, with maybe Figgy for short!

Giggling to myself thinking of standing at the door calling "Dave, Dave, dave" Alan Partridge style :) Maybe we should call her Alan :)

Figgy is good!!

Otherwise Stevie or Puddles.

Weedsnseeds1 · 01/10/2017 19:43

Can you do the full.operatic "Figaro, Figaro, Figaro, Figaro..." when calling g her in though?!

TheLongRider · 01/10/2017 20:42

Lindy is my DD's suggestion.

We have called various Tom's after male cyclists, we've had a Kittel, Zabel and a Cipo!

She looks like a Mavis to me.

I find that it can be hard to name a cat until you've lived with it for a few days and you find out what kind of personality it is.

Scout is a fantastic name but I am biased my cats called scout

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 01/10/2017 20:57

I second Matilda.

I have one called Winston. Apparently a computer game character. Other one is Tinks (previously Tinkerbell till the vet said it was actually a girl!) They don't have quite as much white on them as yours. Domino was originally one of our choices but the kids wanted Winston.

We’re getting a kitten that seems like it may be called Alan.. my ideas of Merlin and Spooky have been disdainfully dismissed over not so DH’s Alan, he was inspired by a chipmunk shouting Alan apparently.. I thought he’s be totally unique but maybe not. Grin
