best grain free wet/dry food - kittens

After some heinous frothy poos, the vet has suggested trying a grain free diet. We are giving mostly dry, with a bit of wet (as this is what they had in the rescue centre).

I just wondered what were the best brands. I have found quite a few dry ones, although the only kitten one available in local supermarket is Mill Stream Farm (so I have been trying that, which they seem to like).

I couldn't see any grain free kitten pouches, are there any available I could get online, or am I ok to give a bit of something like Country Hunter (that name makes me laugh every time...) even though it doesn't specify it as kitten food.

I'm sure I don't remember it being this complicated when I used to bung a bit of Felix at my old puss!

You could try zooplus to find grain free food :)

Zooplus are good- I order Bozita and Carny stuff from there.

I use Arden Grange, not specifically because it's grain free (although it is), but it's the only thing he eats!
It's good quality and they do a kitten variety.

Beautiful, gorgeous, snoozy, fur balls.
Don't know about the food. I have tried lots of different ones, and my boy with the fussy tummy usually tolerates IAMS dry and Sheba wet, but not sure why, really.

Well it depends whether they like a pate or not. Mine used like lilys kitchen wet and dry kitten. Then they went off it.... purizon dry ftom zoo plus they love. Ive stopped giving the kitten grain free wet it just got too complicated and it hasnt upset her as the dry still is gf. She actually likes felix kitten wet. You have to pick your battles i guess.

Ps i do find if they over indulge in treats they get the runs.
