A breed of cat that doesn't moult excessively?

DD has lived with our large collection of hairy pets all her life. She's now bought her own place but her partner is not keen on a cat that will moult like mad, the same as ours do here. Is there a breed that is less prone to moulting? Not a sphinx.

@PencilsInSpace I assume it is because Ragdolls are supposed to be kept as indoor cats and they don't grow thick winter coats so they don't technically moult because they do not have the excessive seasonal coat to lose. However, they do constantly lose fur in the same way we lose hair every day even though we do not moult either.
