Do I have to go to the vet? I was bloody grooming them because Daphne has been horrible to Dolly since we hot back from the vet. I just wanted to make them smell the same of organic papaya!!! I was trying to be quick but I've just realised I've sprayed them with posh cat litter spray!!! Will they be alright? I feel sick

If it's cat litter spray it should be safe for them, because it would get on them from the litter.

Can you wash them in the shower? I accidentally squirted shampoo over one of mine. I had to rinse her in the sink. She was fine, but if you can't wash them then bring them to the vet straight away

My mum once rushed to grab the flea spray and douse one of the dogs as she'd noticed a flea on him.

It was only afterwards she realised she'd sprayed him with 'dog and cat repellant' meant for the garden.

He ended up being unceremoniously hosed down in the garden but lived to tell the tale!

Only problem I can think of with cats is that they'll groom it off so will ingest some, could you give them a wipe down with a damp cloth to take the worse off?

Hopefully if it's cat litter spray it should be non toxic to them, what does it say on the tin? There is a poisons number the vet can call to check.

Hopefully if it's cat litter spray, it should be non-toxic for them! What does it say on the back about using it around cats?

My only concern would be cats grooming themselves and ingesting it, but I would assume if it's for use in their tray, then it shouldn't be dangerous.

It doesn't mention what to do if it's eaten
