I have no choice because she has a tumour on her mammery glands that erupted externally on Sunday night, it's now very big and will get infected. She's fine in herself and still eating and having little walks around but I have to let her go before she becomes ill. She was a stray so I don't know how old she is, approximately 16-18, and I've had her for 9 1/2 years. She's been thoroughly spoilt in that time and has gone from cowering under the bed for a month when we first had her to being able to be picked up for a while. I'm having the vet come to the house to do it because I don't want her to be scared or stressed at the end. Don't know why I'm posting really, just sad. She's such a loving cat and I will miss her so much Sad

So sorry to hear about Mia Flowers

Thank you timtam, she was a flighty old girl who just wanted to be loved. We never quite got to the curling up in your lap stage but she loved sitting on the arm of the sofa having a cuddle. I will miss her immensely
