Or just accept it and wipe down scrupulously before you use them
more than one way to, um, skin a cat (really poor choice of metaphor).
I am listening about the 4 months thing and I am a responsible, must-get-them-neutered, rescues only, kind of an animal owner. But I choose to trust my vets. And as a clinician of a non-feline variety, that trust is important. And so I'm reluctant to go elsewhere because of something that seems urgent now (ie. I am determined he has no role in bringing more kittens into the world and we have this potential window where he might and he's likely to become difficult to contain) but by Christmas really won't matter. Especially without at least discussing with them first. He has a routine health review at 20 weeks (he's 16w tomorrow) which doubles as his pre anaesthetic check so I'll take it from there I think.
Is it the being a bitey menace that makes you think there's cat-testosterone in the mix cozie? They said his behaviour would change and he'd become 'cocky' - he is otherwise just as he was except bigger and a bit more co-ordinated - I was expecting him to start trying for dominance and ignoring the basic commands he mostly follows now... none of which have happened yet.
I'm so sorry for the essay!! In other news I've got some feliway friends - and it's a continental plug!! Isn't that a bit strange?!
