The door is open. However the cat can not work out how to pull it open with its paw! And the bin is in the way for it to try to squeeze through.
Is anyone else's cat lacking common sense?
He also doesn't understand he can eat human food!!!!! He never tries to. Unlike my other cat. Open the fridge and she is there.

Mine is actually very bright for a cat, but he does get stalked by his own tail every so often, forcing him to beat it in to submission ( and biting himself, hard, on one memorable occasion). He also failed miserably with the Dreamies dispenser toy. Studiously observes me operating it for him, but won't do it himself!

What can I say, she was bred for looks.

Aw - she's gorgeous, ilove. So what if her brain cell is a bit lonely - she has you after all. Wink

As I always say, its not like she needs to earn a living. She's very lovey easily entertained. Bibi is practically a human in a cat suit, with all the associated complexities.

My sweet but dim orange boy managed to get into the pantry to nab some food and drag it to his lair under DD's bed.
His takings? A bag of flour. Imagine the disappointment 😂.

FloofyCat used to like sitting on top of a pile of attic flooring that was stacked on the landing. One day she jumped up onto it, thudded into the wall and slid down. We had moved the flooring up to the attic the previous day.

She was always adorably dimwitted but now she's brain damaged and exploring whole new realms of below-par functioning. She's very happy though and is anyone's for a cuddle (as long as you're happy to be copiously drooled on).

I do love stupid moggies Grin

tabby... I know, I guess I thought of them as being kind of like assisted parking in that they warn you you're getting close, whereas crazy cat has hers set to beeeeeep you-have-bumped-into-a-lamppost levels. As if she tried she would discover that doors in fact move when you bump your nose into them. But it was phrased pretty badly Blush
