I'm no longer the only female in the house...

I picked up our two rescue kittens this afternoon who have evened up the male to female ratio in our house

We have one short haired one who is the timid one of the pair and a long haired one who is a bit more confident. They're just exploring their new main room.

I'm a bit confused by the rescue centre paper work that says their DOB is 12th December. Surely these are older than that. They told us they were 14 week last weekend.

That girl you just posted a picture of has a very 'knowing' look to her. She'll be the one to watch,

Yes, the knowing one is the brains of the operation, but the floofy one is gorgeous.

What are their names?

Short hair is Pearl and long hair is Marcheline aka #cat. My boys like adventure time hence Marcheline (she's a vampire in it ).

They are gorgeous . Pearl knows something though and she knows that you don't know. Watch out .

I guess the sofa is now a cat zone , they're definitely making themselves at home. Here they are watching CBB on catch up with me while the toddler naps

I'm not sure about jelly bean toes yet, they're not overly fond of being held yet especially Pearl. I think they are dark pink.

I doubt you'll find Pearl to be overly fond of anything. She seems too self-contained to be given to fits of enthusiasm.

I'm used to brown beans so pink seems very exotic to me.
