I have two cats, have had them since they were kittens from CPL.
They are mine and I am responsible for them but ... bonding is hard. They've always been hugely nervy cats and feliway and attempts to win their hearts with dreamies and the like haven't worked.
So roughly speaking we ignore each other
Girl-cat is slightly better and will occasionally sit next to me with high pitched purrs that I like :) But both loved the great outdoors.
Then I moved, two years ago and boy-cat wouldn't go out. Refusal. No. No way. Until this summer when I picked him up and placed him outside.
I have created a monster as now he won't come in at all, not even when he's really hungry
I have to pretend to feed him then grab him and smuggle him in and then he miaows to go out again.
Should I just accept he's a feral / outdoor cat or keep trying?
