We had a very patterned hall and stair carpet and you couldn't see the puke at all but I would always stand in it with bare feet and never anyone else. I don't think the cat was keen on that carpet either as she rarely puked elsewhere.

Wish snorgmaiden would actually cough hers up. She coughs and coughs then swallows them. I've never had a hair all from either of them. They are long haired Persians. Is that normal? They have Persian food.

I did that this morning... stepped out of bed straight into hairball with a surrounding goo of puke. Lovely...

I guess everything is 'scaled up' with Maine Coons?
