... when you're tired and yawning and dying to go to bed but are waiting up for his highness to come in through the cat flap before going to bed.

(In my defence, it's chucking it down and I'd quite like to intercept him with a towel before his muddy wet paws have made their mark all over the cushions and floor but also I just want to make sure he's home safe and dried off.

Entirely reasonable on MiffleCat's behalf. Most likely the colours were so last season.

Then again, my 2 have a stash of about 20 (at least) cheap squeaky mice - the ones you get from the pet shop for under a pound, which they love to play fetch with. All on the missing list. Where do they hide them?!?

I once found a stash of pound coins, in a careful pile, hidden in a nook. Running away fund? Saving up for something?

Omg absolutely loving Mifflecats bonnet! These stories are all great Smile PinkSparkly I love that you created a menu for your cat! I have an image of you hunched over a notepad next to a lamp in the small hours furiously writing 'ok Monday tuna, Tuesday haddock, Wednesday chicken, shite I meant to use up the beef, crap, start again!' Grin

Oh sorry RubbishMantra and miffle I missread your post. Fabulous bonnet tho and he looks quite happy with it!

MCat went into Flounce Corner after the mix-up.

I am learning to crochet, and hope to have made an awesome and beautiful cat bonnet by Easter. Perhaps we could all have a Ladies of the Litter Easter Parade? Excluding (or perhaps not) SeniorBoy, who I'm sure would be disgusted, outraged and saddened if he were made to wear a bonnet.

He could be the judge of the pageant?

Another cat lover here. Mine has the pick of the beds during the day and has just turned her nose up a king prawn, which I'd purposefully saved in case she liked it. She has a cuddle on my bed everynight before going to sleep.

Cats are the best pets ever Grin

Ah cuddles to Mcat, cats are indeed the best.

Here's Pinkycat doing what she does best. She's put on a bit of timber over the years but she's been a stable 5.5 kilo for yrs now. The vet said she's got a Kardashian bum. She loves to make a bed out of anything including when I sorted my wicker drawers out. She sleeps next to me all night and she's the cuddliest cat ever, she's my best friend and I loves her.

No offence meant to any other cats ( including my own precious snowflakes who have variously featured on here ) but rubbish that cat ( along with the lovely Ollie ) is one of the most handsome I have ever seen! Does he have snowshoe in him?
