After picking up Obie today and thinking 'Christ!' I popped him on the scales....

He's now 23 pounds of self satisfied ginger badass . He'll be 2 in June and he's definitely still growing! He looks like a nightclub bouncer with fur :D

Just thought I'd better let you know....he still has the potential for 25...

Conversations with DH that have led to the acquisition of our current cats...

Me: Please can we get another kitten?
Him: No
Me: I'm pregnant with your child and DMoggy has just died.
Him: No

Ha! I could bribe him with a car Statistic, I suppose . There was a thread a while back about Maine Coons where everyone was posting gorgeous pics. I kept thrusting my phone under his nose squealing 'LOOK! LOOK!' DP is like some sort of Cat Whisperer. He says he's not keen but my two absolutely ADORE him. Traitors.

How do you find a decent breeder? I've only ever had rescues and other peoples cast offs.
