The Schadenkatze has started sticking her tongue out a little... any idea why?

She is in good health, three years old. No sign of drooling and not off her food in the slightest. Does not seem to be in pain, and seems her usual sweet self. She had a massive fight with her "husband" yesterday, lots of fur everywhere, but no signs of injury (he usually comes off worst anyway). Any ideas?

Sore tooth? Could she have had a knock to the mounc, or bitten on something and it was wrenched out from her bite?

mouth, I meant.

MKitten did this when he was teething. Sticking his tongue out, whilst pawing at his mouth. He didn't go off his food either.

Is there any possibility that she may have a sore tooth? Could her hubby have bitten her on the mouth/tongue?

I tend to take my cats to the vet at any sign of unusual behaviour. But perhaps I'm a para-pete that's just me.

Thanks - I'll see how she is tomorrow, and if there's no change I'll take her to the vet.
