I am looking into rescues centre across London. I was wondering what peoples opinions are of the Mayhew? have you adopted from there before? What was your experience like?

They're a reputable home, I'd imagine they take care with the cats they rescue.

I've no experience but a friend links to their FB page regularly

cheesycat was a Mayhew rescue. I really like it there. I went to visit another rescue closer to where I live and I found it very stressful in contrast the Mayhew is a very calm environment.

They have a very good reputation and I found the staff and volunteers very supportive.

Go for a visit. We went a few times before my cat found us. The cat adoption officer watched DD and how the cats responded to her very carefully when we went to visit.
