Cats sudden change in personality , All 5 of them

I have 5 cats & they usually spend their days in the garden chasing bees etc

This past week all they seem to be doing is sleeping in my bedroom

They also seem to have decided they no longer like the food I give them

I'm at a loss as to what could be wrong with them all
Do I need to take all 5 to the vets ?

Not trying to scare you but it sounds odd - have you got a carbon monoxide alarm?

We've had the same thing here, Crazy, how weird. Is it the change in weather? Has the food manufacturer changed the recipe? I wouldn't have joined the two until I say your post. Most odd.

I have just managed to get them to devour several pouches of kitten food between them rather than the Butchers Cat food they usually eat or should I say refuse to eat

It could be a change in the weather I guess - I hope that's all it is

My cat turned into a limpet when I was pregnant with my DS1...but of course it was only after I found out I was pregnant that I made the connection!

Their is about 1% chance of me bn pregnant .

I'm thinking it could be Carbon Monoxide as I have had Flu for going on 5 weeks now

currently waiting for the emergency Gas person to turn up

Did they find anything ?

We had a calor gas heater (£350 fucking death trap) that was emitting carbon monoxide & I never made the connection between it and my sleepiness.

I only bought the alarm to prove dh wrong.

They refunded the £350.

I hope calling out the emergency gas man is an over reaction!

No gas here, all electric, staying in partners old place until new house is ready.

They couldn't find a leak but I were advised to turn my gas off until I can get an engineer in as my boiler is faulty

Actually, scratch that post. If you air the place and it's colder, they'll probably all stay in bed!

Animals are so good at knowing things! Eg pregnancy and cancer etc.
Hope it isn't carbon monoxide and that they're just feeling lazy bless them

Yeah it could still be Carbon monoxide so I'm ringing my landlord to sort it all out asap .
