Sunny weather sending the cats a bit wild

Any one else experiencing this? Since the sun has come out, fluffy girl and black boy have been going a little wild! Boy keeps winding fluffy girl up, posturing to her and showing his belly, then getting wound up when she doesn't take an interest! Funny buggers. Both are neutered, so i'm assuming he's not trying to court her!
