The children are both in tears. Fucking knobbing neighbours and their free range dog.

Cq, I get your point, but find it hard to believe that a dog owner wouldn't insure their pet, in case it attacks someone or some animal.

Insurance isn't very expensive and covers vet bills too. I would never think about having an animal without insurance.
