Kitten been dosed for worms twice but not eating properly

Hello all,

My 3 month old kitty vomited up a roundworm 2 weeks ago so I dosed him, and repeated the dose this weekend. I haven't seen him poop any worms out as I thought I might, and this morning he vomited again but only liquid - no worm.

He's also gone off his food - I got back after a long day today to find very little gone. I chucked it out and replaced it with fresh but still not much interest. So I decided to open some tuna, which he wolfed down...

Should I be worried? He seems happy and is purring...

I would take him to the vets, sounds like he has had too much off the worming product, they are only supposed to wormed once every 3 months.

I was very careful to underdose rather than over - it specifically said to repeat the dose 2 weeks later to kill the worms that were maggots upon first dosing. (Lovely.)
