Bengal male 3 yrs obese and obsessed with eating

I have two bengals, one male, one female. They both go out ina very big garden during the day. However, the male is obsessed with eating, he will come back up to 10 times for food a day. He's obese and needs to lose weight. He has a tendency to be sick as in vomit indigested food due to eating too fast i suspect. What can I do. He's always been like this since he was neutered. He lives for his food... Diet food I must add.

Anyone else got a cat who wants to eat all day?

Just an update... Started feeding orijan and they both really love it, female has put on weight and male has lost weight, now both healthy and happy. Prescription diet from the vets obviously wasnt doing them any good. Thanks for your help.

I have a cat like this.. tho mine is a Maine Coon. He is well fed but utterly obsessed with food.. if anyone even stands up he leaps to his feet miaowing hopefully. He's fit and well but so greedy and will beg from neighbours:( He will eat so fast he throws up, then come back a few minutes later hoping for more (he doesn't get it). Big breed but is too big even for his massive frame:(
It's hard when you have other cats (my girl cat is very fussy and eats just enough, always walks away before finishing her bowl) ..I have to feed my girl up on the kitchen side so my porky puss doesn't push her out of the way to eat hers too.

if you find an answer please share:)
