We have at last decided we are ready for another cat after losing our beloved little girl last year.
So we picked out a gorgeous ginger/white girl cat yesterday, dc very, very excited. I rang up this morning to arrange home check to be met with the news 'just to let you know she's not very well today so we are taking her to the vets later' 
. Now hopefully it's nothing serious but I can't help but have a bad feeling about it. I am not looking forward to telling the girls when they come in from school either.
Would it be awful of me to think I really don't want to home her if she is harbouring an illness either? Oh hell I don't know what to think now!
