Thought I'd share with you cat lovers:
I heard my kitten (20 weeks) meowing pitifully, went to the back door, and he was on the patio being stared at by a BSH. The kitten didn't realise I was there, and I took a step forward and the BSH legged it, the kitten thinking he had been so clever scaring big cat off, chases after it, I left him to it.
About 5 minutes later, he returns meowing quietly and I thought oh no he's been injured, he jumped into my arms nuzzled in began purring, then went and sat by the french doors, calling loudly. Was really like he had spooked himself, then once he'd got his confidence back and was behind glass got all cocky with the cat.
I found it very funny
