Dental chews recommendations for senior dog please

Does your dog have dental chews? My 10 year old Ddog had to have 4 teeth out a few days ago, she also has inflamed gums (her gums overreact to plaque apparently). Anyway vet has recommended plaque off powder for her food, but also dental chews. However the chews shouldn't be too hard, vet said you should be able to make a dent in it with your thumb nail.
Any recommendations?

GetNaw do a good selection of natural treats. If they are too hard I soak them in hot water first to soften them.

I use these guys for all sorts of treats & chewing stuff.

I would also recommend adding a seaweed based the dental powder to help with breathing and tarta buildup.
