Dog barking - shut outside possibly? WWYD?

exactly as per the title, poor dog has been barking for well over an hour. In this horrible weather I’m worried about him. I’ve no idea which house he’s from so unless I walk the streets to find out I’m not sure what I can do? I put a message on the local fb page but no one’s answered it. What would you do?

Put in my earpods.

Oh that's a relief - I thought you were going to inflict your own barking dog on the neighbourhood. Like he's pissing you off by barking indoors so you'll shove him outside so everyone can enjoy it.

Not a lot you can do if you don't know what house it's coming from.

There’s not really anything you can do if you don’t know where the dog lives.
