Which dog breed is right?

Hi I’m looking to get a puppy maybe later this year or spring next year.
My beloved dog who was a German Spitz sadly passed away a few months ago at the age of 15.
I am a family of 2 children and myself. I’m leaning towards another German Spitz as familiar with the breed having had 2 now. But I’m worried about replacing the dog I lost and feel guilty about that.
I do like spitz dogs in general or type and am familiar with grooming needs etc.
I was looking at Samoyed, Eurasiers and something totally different - English Bull terrier. Anyone with these breeds give me honest opinions please?

My experience of Samoyeds is they are barky and it's a piercing bark. Anything terrier wise can be stubborn. No experience of Eurasiers, but i think when it comes to picking a dog you need to look at your lifestyle and what breeds energy levels fit in with that.

Yes thank you. I’m quite active with walking before after work live near a beach so would be there every day.
I understand Eurasiers are quite rare so initial purchase of puppy would be expensive. I’ll probably choose German spitz again . I’d love an English bull and considered a mini however am aware they are quite a handful and need a strong trainer to avoid dog aggression. I would worry about that.

Never heard of Pondeco. Just had a google and they’re gorgeous!

We have a Wheaten terrier. Brilliant family dog and no shedding.

We’re all going to come on here and recommend our own favourite breed! 😁
So here’s mine cardigan corgi funny easy going very loyal game for most things big dog personality on short legs love to walk mine adore the beach but not bothered if they miss a few days won’t eat your house or climb the walls! Not overly anxious unlike their more highly strung cousins Pembrokes so not likely to suffer from separation anxiety. Good with children just about pick upable if you need to lift them over something eat anything (you need to watch their weight) not popular with puppy farms really only bred by breed dedicated breeders, look at UK breed club for list of available puppies/up coming litters.
Downside they shed I met someone who had had GSds and retrievers she said she never know a dog shed like a cardigan corgi, can be vocal but not awful they were originally herding watch dogs so they can be suspicious of strangers i.e will bark if someone they don’t know comes near their territory so need socialising from an early age. Everyone stops and asks you what they are some find this irritating. Will chase livestock! But all in all the best dogs Im in my 4th (all lived long healthy lives) and I’ve had quite a few different breeds.
