Osteoarthritis or myelopathy?

My 10yo husky cross mutt is on her second Librela jab for osteoarthritis in her hips, especially her right. It all came to a head about mid April when her hip suddenly started dropping out from beneath her when walking.

I've noticed on and off that her back legs quiver - not always the whole leg, today it seemed to be almost like a nerve was jumping in her upper thigh - but especially when standing. Her front right paw was jumping today when she was lying (awake) on the sofa.

I was wondering if this could be myelopathy rather than - or as well as - osteoarthritis?

She's been a supremely fit dog all her life, is slim and on every supplement there is along with pregablin for the pain at the moment. She's suddenly looking very old in the face and body though 😔

Any experience is welcome.

Muscle weakness is a side effect of Librella. Neuro symptons including twitching are also side effect of Librella.

Hmm, will look into the twitching with Librela, thank you.
