Miniature/standard poodle breeders

Can anyone recommend an ethical breeder of miniature poodles, ideally in the Greater London, Surrey/Sussex/Kent area?
Ideally we’d be seeking a rescue poodle, but it’s proving exceptionally difficult to find one that fits the bill in terms of age, temperament and suitability for living with children.

Would also consider standard poodle breeders of anyone had any recommendations in the same area.

I would recommend you use the contact details listed here and reach out to your local poodle club who will be able to point you in the direction of decent breeders (hopefully). If not, it'll be a matter of going on the KC website and Champ Dogs and contacting breeders yourself.

FWIW, I had a quick look (45 miles of my location - SE) for poodle puppies available at the moment on the KC website. Wouldn't have touched any of those litters with a barge pole (personally). So you might be in for a long wait, but it'll be worth it for a healthy puppy 😊

Just worth bearing in mind, one persons ethical breeder isn't necessarily anothers. So any recommendations you get online need to be taken with a grain of salt!
