Dog walking shoes

I've lost two pairs of wellies to this winter. Both were expensive brands. One was hunter and the other regatta. The hunter ones split on the side and the heel detached from the regatta ones.
I use them for dog walking every day. I walk around 4 miles a day in them. Sometimes further on a weekend day.
I've tried Adidas walking / hiking shoes in the past but found them uncomfortable and rigid feeling.
Currently wearing some Timberland boots but they're old and don't have much life left in them.
Who can recommend something comfortable, durable and waterproof?
I live rurally so walks are woodland and heathland.
Thanks everyone.

I’ve owned spaniels for 25+ years so mud is standard. I wear le chameau boots. Had my recent ones for 8 years. Extremely comfortable and durable

I have two pairs of Merry People and they're amazing.

My dubarrys have been worn pretty much everyday between October and April for the last 14 years. They have never failed me.

Old school Brashers leather walking boots for the muddy and very wet weather - have lasted a good number of years now. My DH wears gaiters with his for our local water filled dips.

I'm quite impressed so far with my Lowa Innovo low hiking shoes for slightly better conditions. They're very comfortable. I also managed to get them half price!

Wellies Le Chameau.
boots wise we use army surplus Altbergs for bush beating. We do a LOT of miles and they are fab.

I’ve lots loads of boots in similar ways to you during the winter, I did spend more on some Dubarry winter Chelsea boots and they are amazing 2 years in and still going strong.
