Men’s Waterproof, pull on boots for dog walking on pavement and in the hills?

DH has gone through his new boots in record time! I don’t know what he does to them. He needs a pair of waterproof wellies that will cope with pounding the pavement as well as long walks in the hills. He doesn’t want laces, just slip on.
He breaks them so fast - are there any that last? Would muck boots work?
I know waterproof hiking boots would probably be best, but he is constantly taking them on and off, so just would like to slip them on.

Neoprene wellies, Grubs or similar! The ones with proper cleated soles, not the crappy wavy line soles. Mine are Grubs Frostlines, they've lasted years, and they're warm and comfy.

Thank you - I will have a look at Grubs. Smile

Grubs midline are wonderful.

Muckboots are brilliant
Comfortable, good grip on mud, and neoprene so warm as well as waterproof. I've walked miles in mine, and apart from the mud, they're as good as new.
