Accidental poop alert 🚨

Hi, I have a three year-old cockatoo who is very funny about where she goes to the toilet and especially won’t go in any near proximity to our house. However, I have woken up two times now in the past few weeks and found a little nugget of poop on the bedroom floor around where she jumps off the bed in the nighttime. I know they are not intentional Because she would wake us up or she would have gone for a poo at the back door where she always waits for us to open it. It’s also a tiny bit not a full blown 💩 . Anyway, Has this happened to anyone else’s dog? I wouldn’t say she’s constipated. However, she is having some allergy issues at the moment Which we have just put her on a medical diet for, But this happened last night and about a week ago when she wasn’t on the diet.
she goes for two walks a day and her evening walk last night was quite late about 9 pm.

Do you mean cockapoo? Or a bird?

Colalola · 02/02/2026 18:27

Cockapoo @Sbmpp
I don’t know anyone who walks their bird 😂

First line says “I have a 3 year old cockatoo”. Bird ? 😂

Why’d you comment to highlight an obvious mistake and clearly haven’t read further on 🥱

Apologies! I live in an area where walking a bird would not be considered odd. I actually pictured a bird on your shoulder with a little leash on his leg. So, so sorry. No offense meant.
