Recommend me an easily washable bed for a largish lurcher

There's so much choice and I'm struggling to choose. Not overly expensive would be ideal. Also any types to avoid would be great

My Labrador has a Ruff and Tumble bolster bed with a washable fitted cover. Not cheap but is nice enough to have in the sitting room. Their sale is good. At night he has a basic plastic dog bed with lots of vetbed (washable).

My (little) lurcher loves his doughnut bed and the covers come off for easy washing, and dry really quickly.

Oh and avoid anything hard, pointy pups don’t do hard things ime 🤣

The mattresses are waterproof and incredibly hard-wearing, and easy to clean. The covers are easy to get on and off, wash well, dry quickly and last for ages.

Oddly I found a massive one in Lidl and it goes in the washing machine. I'm waiting for it to come up again for the boot of the car.

It's like this one. The sprocker curls up in it. The Labrador lies across it.

Tuffies. Really good quality, the mattresses wash well the covers chuck in the machine and come up like new, I believe made in UK too.
Your dog is also VERY comfortable - we used with our older dogs and they definitely preferred them. A bit more expensive but definitely worth it you will not be disappointed,

Tuffies are great beds but for a largish lurcher, you're probably looking at giant size which is more than £400. Don't know if that would fall into the "not overly expensive" category. They are great beds though and you might pick up a second hand one.
They don't really meet the easily washable requirement but I wonder if a cave or cocoon bed might be best. Lurchers - depending on the mix - can struggle with the cold and these types of beds stop the draughts. Collared Creatures has a sale on and a xl cocoon bed can be had for £130ish.

My lurcher cross husky has two beds in the house and one in the car boot.

One is an XL raised bed (think like a fabric stretched across a frame / old fashioned camp bed) which is great for her elbows and hips, plus it's cooler in summer as the wind gets under her. She has a pad on top in winter for additional warmth.

The other is a floor bed, which is memory foam and we have the XL one in the car which fills the boot for her and the L one in the house:
