Help 5 month pup now waking at 5am

hello looking for some help with my 5 month old cavapoo puppy who has suddenly decided that 5am is morning for the last week?!

does anyone have any suggestion as to how to get him back to sleeping until 6?

Hes probably not got used to the clocks changing, we gradually change breakfast time in the run up. Might take him a while to get used to the later start.

It'll be the clocks. Have you changed his meal times to account for the change?

Definitely the clocks. My 5 month old pup did this for a few days last week but with adjusting mealtimes etc, she’s now caught up. My last two adult dogs use to take a week or two to adjust when the clocks changed too, they were always fed at 5pm and got confused.
