I’ve a 2 year old blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Poppy, who has a tendency to raise my anxiety levels 😆 I work from home and she has become very clingy, literally at my legs. I wouldn’t mind if she was laying down but she nudges me for attention constantly. I find myself getting aggravated as I’ve also a Frenchie, Bear, who is 8 and although she’s better at leaving me alone, she’ll whine until I take her out.

Any suggestions before I have no hair left? 😆

DD taught my annoying clingy cockapoo the piss off command 😆

Other opinions are to ignore and wait until they give up (if ever!) or teach them the go bed command and keep sending them until they got the message!

Has she always been clingy or is it new behaviour? A change in behaviour can be a sign of pain.
My dog became clingy recently and was diagnosed with pancreatitis.

She’s always been a bit clingy. She’s got something in her ear which is being treated with ear drops and back to the vet on Friday for check, but to be honest she’s quite clingy in general

Sometimes I feel like crying 😢 Today my husband is asleep as he was working nights, I’m trying to work whilst the dogs are playing up and making noise while I’m on calls. They have a tendency to play me up until I take them out, which I can’t do yet as it’s raining.

My dog sitter took dogs in for daycare for people WFH. Is this an option for you?

I have had 3 staffies and they have all been clingy and quite depressed when I had to go out without them.
