My dog has shifting lameness and nothing seems to help. Has anyone used CBD oil for dogs and could recommend one? I have heard it can be really effective for neurological conditions.

I tried Voyager CBD oil, as my vet thought it might help. Can’t say it made any difference, so I stopped it after a couple of months. I may have under dosed though, as it was human grade so hard to gauge.
My dog had GOLPP ( lar-par in some sites).

A dog of mine had sore front leg joints, so it isn't the same, but we gave him glucosamine capsules from Tesco and he stopped limping. It kept him going for a good few years. He was about 29 kg and he had a smallish capsule every day for a while and then every other day.

Did you give human glucosamine?

Yes, we just bought it from Tesco. I think we worked out his weight compared to mine (about 9 st) and once we'd given him some every day to boost, we gave him less to make it a similar ratio.

My 10 year old dog with elbow arthritis is doing well on these , he was on Yumove previously but was no longer helping him. These have more greenlippped muscle extract than the Yumove, plus the hemp oil .
