It's a shame society doesn't have the same venom for animal cruelty as they do child cruelty. Both are absolutely appalling traits by seriously sick humans.
Hopefully those dogs will be rescued into loving homes where they can live out the rest of their lives with humans who love them and care for them.
they won't be without issues though, understandably. They will probably have a mistrust of humans for many years to come, if not forever. Wouldn't you?
I'm trying to remember that this week while on holiday whenever I see a reactive dog - S/he might not be "poorly trained and raised". They might be a rescue, on a long road to overcome the cruelty they have suffered by my species.
