Am going to my vets this week to ask to be refered somewhere as my dog is really struggling.

No judgement please, just experiences and recommendations please.

Any referral clinic will have a suitable surgeon. You want a specialist soft tissue surgeon to ensure they are doing the latest procedure (e.g there’s a fairly new technique for the nose involving removing the alar fold rather than just the edge of the nostril)

Cambridge have a great website discussing BOAS and the surgical treatment. There are often gastrointestinal issues too secondary to the altered pressures in the chest so worth a good look through the pages
