Pre-vaccination help please

Hi, I'm getting a puppy soon and am so confused about how to toilet train it before it has its vaccinations.

We definitely have foxes in our garden - can the puppy go out there to use the toilet? I've read lots of threads where people have said no but how can I toilet train it without letting it go outside?

Any advice would be really helpful.

Yes, as long as there aren't unvaccinated dogs in your garden that's totally fine. You can also have vaccinated dogs over to play and that's not an issue. If you have a pond don't let the puppy in that but otherwise it's fine.

I have foxes, badgers and rats/mice that all frequent my garden, and have always taken my puppies out into the garden from day one to start their toilet training, yes it can be risk but it's one Ii have always taken as far easier too start toilet training asap.

Rule of thumb:

Keep puppy away from unactivated dogs and stagnant water until 2nd set of injections.
