We have a 3 year old cockapoo. Well socialised, no major issues aside from not liking being apart from us. My husband has always worked from home with my daughter in and out. Husband now needs to be in the office 1 day a week and my daughter is starting a college course 2 days a week. 1 of the days clash so we need to make arrangements. My daughter is autistic and besotted with said dog so anxious she is cared for well. Really struggling to find dog care. Visited one and it was awful, not many others. So now wondering about leaving her at home with a dog walker coming in twice. Is this ok, what do other people do?

How long will everyone be out of the house for that day?

Any home boarders? They often do doggy daycare as well as boarding. If your dog is uncomfortable being left you'd need to build them up to being home alone as even with two visits that's a lot of time alone and people leaving for them to try and cope with. Any chance of your husband working a different day?
