Everything is going to be confusing for her so try to pick a similar name. One that suits you but also one that is similar so she can pick it up easily without really noticing a difference.
BTW she's beautiful, do you know how old she is & her history?

Her name is Delilah. It I have a niece called Delilah! She is from china and roughly 3 years old

Is she an Anatolian Shepherd Dog?
For the name, something similar to what she is used to. Maybe try a couple of variations; sometimes they will let you know which they prefer.

We are not sure what she is tbh 😂
