Not too firm orthopedic bed

Looking for any recommendation’s for a memory foam/orthopedic dog bed. Seen lots which are £££ but am wary incase they are too firm. Want something supportive but comfortable. Needs to be oval shaped but with semi ridged sides. At the moment he is sleeping in one of those plastic oval ones with cushions and he likes to rest his head on the edge. Happy to spend £££ but would rather go off recommendations then just buying and hoping for the best.
