Hi there we are choosing a new floor for a utility room and trying to decide between old school lino and LVT like Karndean etc.
Just wondering whether there might be any difference between the two in terms of cleanability and keeping the floor odour free?
We would definiteiy prefer one of these two options rather than tile or laminate, as the room is generally cold so need something warmer underfoot.
