Does this sound ok for a routine on the days I work?

Thinking about working out the house 2 days a week.
up at 7
walk for 30 mins in morning
then Breakfast
I leave house 8.45
walker comes at 11-12 and plays/ walks round block for an hour
3.30 son gets back and takes dog into garden
5.00 I get home at walk dog

dog is 4 and quite an active breed
But normally manages with an hour walk in morning and the rest of the day potters around house and garden at her leisure

Seems fine to me. I have an active breed similar age. She would be ok on this.

Thank you

Is your dog used to being left alone for two fairly long periods of time each day?

If so, it should be fine. You may want to do a longer walk in the morning though and make sure your walker does a proper walk at lunchtime. A play or a wander round the block wouldn’t be enough for most dogs I wouldn’t have thought.

I came on to say don't leave him BUT even my boy who doesn't like being left would prob be ok with that routine on 2 days a week as the max leaving time is 3.5 hr which is an upper limit for us.
