Insurance for new pup

Who do you use for insurance if you have more than one dog? And would you recommend them?

We picked up our new pup last week and I have been lax getting him insured, I am currently with Pdsa but they have just put the price up for my 2 1/2 year old cross to nearly £25 and the same cover for pup is almost £27 for mediocre cover.
My previous dog I had to claim on the pdsa insurance and they were amazing to deal with.

I have just had a scroll through tesco and my 2 1/2 year old is cheap as chips to insure with them just under £13 but the pup is coming up as £33 and that's with multipet discount and my clubcard, he isn't neutered yet and is a pedigree which is probably the reason for the extra and it's better cover but unsure if it's easy to make a claim if needed.

The claims I have made through Tesco have been fine, although you typically have to pay the vet and claim it back which takes a few weeks. Currently with Waggle but haven't needed to claim yet but the reviews were good when I took out the insurance.
