Belly bands

Belly band for male dog. All the amazon ones have reviews saying sizing is up the spout!
Any recommendations on where to buy good ones please?

Do you mean a nappy? Not a good idea. Dog urine is very strong and will damage skin.
What is your dogs problem? There may be a kinder alternative.

What is this? Given the title I clicked on thinking it was looking for recommendations for leads that fasten round the humans waist!

Elderly dog, he's a bit incontinent now..for a male 'belly bands' ( a kind of nappy) are recommended, not cruel at all

I would personally not use them - they can cause irritation and skin infections. Waterproof bedding and puppy pads are much nicer.

I got one for my old dog while I was seeing if a medication kicked in. It didn't work, unfortunately. He peed through it or took it off.

Ah, ok op, thanks for clarifying. Personally, I would look at washable absorbent ‘puppy’ pads. They have some on Amazon . Soft microfibre so suitable for using in his bed.

The belly band nappies will move around and if they are wet, are likely to irritate.

Sorry OP. Ive only heard belly bands used to describe like an elastic band to stop/make it harder for wee getting out of bladder and to dissuade boys from cocking their legs
