Omg...how the hell do I get rid of the stench of fox poo ? My three labradors have just rolled around in some and I swear to God, I've never smelt anything like it. I've tried washing them with dog shampoo but it's made absolutely no difference!

Ketchup really does work. You can also buy fox poo shampoo. Standard dog shampoo as you’ve discovered won’t get rid of the stench.

Oh, I feel your pain! I had a springer who loved to do this. Just disgusting.

This will sound daft, but tomato ketchup followed by diluted washing up liquid and a bath does the job.

Omg everyone...thank YOU. Off to buy some tomato ketchup. I really love my dogs, but holy crap...they absolutely reek to high heaven 😍

And vinegar neutralises the smell I believe or maybe that’s what’s in the ketchup.
