Luxating patella surgery

9month old puppy has a luxating patella, confirmed by our vet today. Does anyone have any orthopaedic surgeon recommendations please? Based in the midlands but happy to travel.

What breed?
Is your puppy in pain?

Boston Terrier and doesn't seem to be - happily still playing, eating etc. Vet was able to pop it back but it came straight out and won't stay in

Can't recommend them highly enough. No where near you unfortunately.

Thank you @fghbvh

Dovecote Vets are in your area. I’ve used them and they’ve been pretty good. But the best? Fitzpatricks. By a standing mile. Absolutely brilliant but obviously pricy and a bit of a trek.
Avoid Willows in Birmingham. Awful, money grabbing practice.

Thanks @Buildingthefuture good to know the good and the bad

Peter Attenburrow, at St David's Veterinary Hospital in Exeter, was the go-to person in this area. He must be in his 60s so not sure if he's still working, but brilliant.
