Dog nappies/pull ups

My poor Samoyed has a urinary infection. We bought her some nappies but they don’t stay on because she’s so fluffy (winter coat). She’s been to the vet.
Shes small for a Samoyed - 44lb, 20k.
Any advice please on styles, brands of nappies or pull-ups?

If she's been to the vet I assume she's on antibiotics? They'll work pretty quickly, so I'm not sure you'll need 'nappies'.

They haven’t given her an antibiotic actually. They want to tailor make it to her condition. Ultrasound and blood tests came back clear. They thought they would have the urine results today but now say Thursday and she’s absolutely pouring.

You are better just covering everything not washable and confining her to easy clean areas tbh. Nappies and pants make them very sore.

This cleared up my
dogs UTI without needed any medication or antibiotics

Thank you, largest . We’ll order it. Obviously it’s well expensive but tiny compared with vet bills.
We’ve got fitted carpets over most of the house. Covering everything is not possible. She’s always had free range of our home so stopping that when she’s not well seems very harsh.
She seems perfectly comfortable with the nappies - no soreness just wanted the best ones for her. Changing her every few hours including overnight.

But I’ll obviously look out for any soreness.
We’ve found a very brightly patterned range that seems okay so thanks everyone we’ll stick it out for Thursday to get the antibiotics.
