Any vets in the house? What's this on my dog?

So we were just stroking our cavapoo and felt this - not a great pic but it's black and raised.

It must be quite new - he was groomed second week in Dec and we would have definitely have seen it.

I am concerned. I've jumped to cancer. He's had cancer before (anal sac cancer), earlier last year.

We'll obviously get him to a vet on Tuesday (we are abroad for the weekend).

He's 11 in May.

Thanks

Hopefully nothing sinister
( I’m not a vet)
My Whippet too has developed a small hard grey lump ( hairless) on her ear flap- it started off like a tiny seed but now is a little bit bigger ( too small to take pic of at moment
Im hoping it’ s a histiocytoma but we are going to vets tomorrow

I doubt if any vet would diagnose from a blurry picture- but it’s always a concern when our wonderful pets get lumps and bumps

I remember years ago a dog having a non pigmented lump that was benign ( no colour came off when touched with wet cotton wool)
Just wait until you can see your vet- and 🤞 fingers crossed

The picture is a bit fuzzy - could it be a tick? Not sure whereabouts it is on your dog but you say you are abroad so tick season variable depending on weather? I am not a vet btw!!

It looks like a tick. Can you see legs where it meets the skin?
